very clean, hotel staff ready to help you, very good services for this price, location was perfrct for me (10 minutes walk from my daily activity place).

-not all staff being in direct relation with guests speaks english -cleaning ladies force the room even "no disturb" is hanged ouside the door.

I put my reference as Non Smoking, but when I got there, they refused to give me non smoking room saying the price for non smoking room would be higher. The stuff attitude were not professional and friendly.

- western breakfast was ok

- not friendly hotel staff - hotel is old. For the same money you can get a room in a new/better hotel from the area - carpet from the room seemed to be really old and dirty even if the cleaning lady cleaned the room everyday
